Professional Degree: M. Sc. in Food science & Nutrition with Masters in Human Resource Management and Sustainable Rural Development. An Alumnus of Ramadevi Women’s University, OUAT, Banaras Hindu University and National Institute of Rural Development. Has Industry work experience more than 30 years in leading manufacturing industry leaders like Tata Steel and Jindal Steel & Power. Experience in managing Hospital administration, Core HR functions like Recruitment, Employee Welfare, Organizational Development, and Training & skill Building, Leading Total Quality Management and at present Corporate Social Responsibility and Community relations.

Major contribution to the organizations:

• Lead Quality Circle, TPM, Six Sigma team especially All Women Grass root employees to participate in national & international forums and bagged prizes consistently for 7 years. Facilitated Quality Improvement projects as Total Quality Management activities.
• Significantly contributed towards women issues at workplace as a core committee member of Women Empowerment Cell and Chairperson of committee for prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace.

Expertise :

• Create CSR charter for the organization and evangelize it with key stakeholders.
• Formulate engagement plan for Sustainable development of Project Displaced & Project Affected Families
• Responsible for defining, developing and overseeing the Corporate Social Responsibility Strategy in order to ensure the alignment of business practices, policies and procedures with social, environmental, economic, ethical and human standards as well as national and international norms.
• Act as leader on different CSR initiatives, supervises community involvement, plans and execute employee CSR engagement efforts, and manages relationships with external parties.
• Study the Project impacts.
